After our 5 hour delay yesterday, Katie & Mel caught up with our caravan. It was a nice surprise! We stayed with them last night. Found a great little motel with an RV park.

Our trip is winding down. Katie left us yesterday to join her husband, Mel.
We headed south toward the Gulf coast and spent the night at the Walmart in Crawfordsville. (It's not as exciting as you always heard!) I wasn't quite sure why we were taking this route, but just followed along because they promised me wine at the end of the day. Little did I realize what an amazing drive it was going to be. It was like Cape Cod and Carmel and that place Jessica Fletcher lives all rolled into one. The water was clear and blue. Alabama was a surprise too--so beautiful it looks like Disney had a hand in it
We had a fun dinner at Lulu's--Jimmy Buffett's sister's restaurant.
This whole trip has been a blast. Southern Anita and Karen really put on a great party!!!!
Katie--we miss you! And your dumb jokes.
